It’s All About the Toe Nail – One Day Tradeshow Class

Get Serious about Toenails with the North American School of Podology!
Fact: Over 50% of all dystrophic nails are not fungal
Fact: Technicians should not cut or push back cuticles; especially on diabetics and seniors
Fact: The only products that should be used on toenails are products specifically formulated for toenails
This 6 ½ hour class will explore these facts and different nail pathologies affecting the toenails, along with solutions for nail issues. From fungus to thick toenails, this class is jam packed with tons of useful information to help you take your pedicure and toenail services to the next level. You will learn a hands-on approach to help your clients who have painful, extremely curved nails, lifted nails, thick nails and/or other issues related to toenails. You will learn proper techniques on how to reduce a nail, cut a nail, apply the BS Brace and reconstruct a toenail. You will also learn which are the best implements and bits for best practices according to your clients’ needs.

This class will include:
• Sample Kit for both the BS Brace and NanoFlex
• Demonstrations
• Hands-on Practical
• Workbook and Certification for Toenail Restoration
Class Cost: $195
Class runs 9:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Please bring: Electric File, LED/UV light, gel brush, two lap towels and bits for reconstructing toenails.
Plastic toe models will be provided, or you can also work on each other.
